Photo Competition

1. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents only.
• Entrants must be aged 14 or over.
• Employees or affiliates of the organizing company are not eligible.

2. Entry Rules

• Each entrant may submit up to 3 original photos.
• Photos must be the entrant’s own work and not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Entries must be submitted by the deadline of 1st November 2025
• No purchase necessary to enter.

3. Photo Usage & Rights

• By entering, participants confirm they own the rights to their photos.
• Entrants grant the organizer permission to use submitted photos for promotional purposes, including publication in the upcoming book, website, and social media.
• Credit will be given where possible, but no financial compensation will be provided for usage.

4. Prizes

• Mystery prizes awarded to all used entries.
• Top entries will be featured in a professionally published book.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

5. Judging & Selection

• Winners will be selected by a panel based on creativity, relevance, and impact.
• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Privacy & Contact

• Personal data collected (e.g., name, email) will be used solely for competition purposes and prize distribution.
• Entrants agree to be contacted regarding updates and results.

7. Liability

• The organizer is not responsible for technical issues or lost submissions.
• Entrants indemnify the organizer against any claims related to copyright or image content.
